School Spirit Day- January 23rd
In honor of the Patriots heading to the AFC Championship Game, we will be having a School Spirit Day this Friday, January 23rd.
Students and staff are invited to wear their favorite sports team shirt to show their spirit and join in the fun. Whether it’s the Pats or another favorite team, we can’t wait to see all the team pride filling our school!
Thank you for your continued support, and let’s go Pats!

New 2026 PE/Music Schedule
Greetings Families,
As 2025 rolls to a close, I would like to wish you a wonderful and restful break.
I hope you will find time to relax and enjoy your loved ones during the holidays.

Wishing you a happy and healthy new year, too!
In an effort to encourage students to wear sneakers/safe running shoes on PE days, I wanted to give you a heads up about a change in your child's PE schedule when we return from the vacation.
You can check out the attached link to the latest PE newsletter for a list of teacher names and their new PE days, starting on January 5, 2026.
Here is a link to the latest Move, Groove and Improve - PE Newsletter.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Thank You!
Sincerely,
Ms. Falcone

Winter Concert Information
2025 CES Winter Concert
Dear Families,
I am very excited to formally announce our Winter Concert! This will give our students the opportunity to showcase what they have been learning in music class, and we hope you can join us for this special event. Details are as follows:
Date
December 15th, 2025
Time
Kindergarten - 5:00 PM
1st Grade - 6:15 PM
Location
Shepherd Hill High School
*Please plan to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the start of your child's concert.* There are separate performances for Kindergarten and First Grade. If you have children in both kindergarten and first grade, you are welcome to stay through the break between the two performances.
Attire for students
Students are encouraged to wear "nice" clothes for the performance. There is no need to buy anything special—whatever you have at home that feels a little dressy will be perfect!
Sign In/Out
Upon arrival, there will be a sign-in and sign-out sheet for all students. Please be sure to check your child in and out to help us ensure everyone's safety.
Thank you for your support, and I look forward to celebrating the season with you at our Winter Concert!
Sincerely,
Ms. Grace Ahlstrand
